Our principles

• Data minimisation: only what is necessary
• Encryption in transit and at rest, as provided by the configured services
• Campus Mind does not submit school content for model training; provider handling depends on the selected service, terms and settings
• New-instance chat retention is selected and recorded with the school before activation
• Processing and configuration information provided for review, with visibility depending on roles and providers
• Deletion follows documented school instructions and supported supplier settings; content, logs and backups may have different cycles
